1. FIELD OF APPLICATION

The contract for the sale of articles by Internet is concluded between the company "3 p'tits nodes, Le Gall (use name Nguyen), Laurence" (hereinafter referred to as "3 p'tits nodes") and the customer . Our general conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") apply to all orders and deliveries made via our online store www.3-ptits-noeuds.com. The confirmation of the order by the customer implies his adherence to these GCS in their entirety.

3 little knots reserves the right to modify the T&Cs at any time. The version of the GCS published on the site at the time of the order applies. It cannot be changed unilaterally for the order in question.

2. DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCTS

We use the best means to guarantee you a fidelity in the reproduction of the colors between the article and the photographs available on the site. However, the photographs appear on the site for illustrative purposes only and are not part of the contractual conditions. They cannot guarantee a perfect similarity with the products marketed, in particular with regard to sizes, materials and colors. Differences in colors and finishes may occur without 3 p'tits nodes being held responsible. Color differences may be related to monitor types and monitor settings. 3. AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

3 little knots is not obliged to accept a customer's registration or order.

3 p'tits nodes is entitled to modify its offers on www.3-ptits-noeuds.com at any time. Some offers may have a limited validity period, which will be indicated for each product or range of products.

3 p'tits nodes undertakes to honor orders placed on its online store within the limits of available stocks. Exceptionally, a product advertised as available on the site could be unavailable after final validation of the order. If, despite the vigilance of the online store, certain items ordered are no longer available, the customer will be notified by email as soon as possible. The customer can then choose to wait for the store to be restocked (if possible), replace the product ordered with another available one or remove the product from their order. In case of deletion of the article from the order, if the payment has already been made, the product will be refunded to the customer.

The shortage of stocks can in no way engage the responsibility of 3 p'tits nodes.

4. CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT

You can place an order through the site by creating a customer account.
The acceptance of the order is made upon receipt and the control of its validity. When sending the order, the buyer automatically acknowledges having read the general conditions of sale and accepts them. Each customer will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. In the event of exceptional circumstances, in particular insolvency or erroneous information, 3 p'tits nodes reserves the right to refuse a customer's order.

5. PRICE AND PAYMENT

The prices of the items invoiced to the customer are those in force on the date of the order and appearing on the order confirmation sent by email. All our prices are fixed in Swiss francs, VAT not included. They do not take into account the delivery costs which will be notified and added at the time of the validation of your basket. The delivery costs correspond to the current rates of La Poste and the cost of packaging.

Special offers, sales or discounts are only valid until the date indicated or while stocks last.

Once the order has been validated, the price thereof cannot be modified. Subject to the foregoing, 3 p'tits nodes is authorized to modify, at its sole discretion and at any time, the price of the goods offered. The price indicated on the online store at the time of the order is binding.

We accept payment by credit card (VISA, Mastercard, PostFinance Card), Swiss bank transfer and TWINT.

6. DELIVERY COSTS

• Switzerland: CHF 7.50

• European Union: 9 CHF

• Other countries: 16 CHF

Customs and VAT fees may be charged outside of Switzerland. Please contact the customs authorities of the country of destination for more information.

7. DELIVERY TIME

The orders being personalized, it takes an average of 1 to 2 weeks to allow the design and the sending of the order.

The delivery time indicated in these GCS is given as an indication. This is in no way a commitment. The buyer is required to accept any delivery of products, even if the delivery is received after the time indicated.

Non-compliance with a delivery time does not give any right to the Buyer against 3 p'tits nodes.

8. RETURN OR EXCHANGE TERMS

Items delivered by 3 p'tits nodes can be returned or exchanged within 10 days of receipt of delivery.

Only products returned in their original packaging, labeled, in perfect condition for resale and accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice will be taken back or exchanged for optimized management. The products must not have been used, nor have been damaged and be in a perfect state of cleanliness, failing which they cannot be returned or exchanged.

The products must be sent to the following postal address: “3 p'tits nodes, Laurence Nguyen Le Gall – Chemin Raulan 3 – 1269 Bassins – Switzerland”.

Return and reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In particular, for orders shipped outside Switzerland, the customer who wishes to return or exchange his purchase must ensure that customs fees will not be claimed at 3 p'tits knots upon receipt of the return package.

We refund your payment (excluding customs duties, taxes and other fees). In case of return, all shipping costs will be charged to you. The refund of the purchase price is made in the same way as the initial payment.

No refund will be made in case the product disappears during the return. We recommend returning all items through a shipping company that provides a track and trace service.

9. DATA PROTECTION

3 p'tits nodes only processes and stores the personal data necessary for the proper fulfillment of the order, its invoice and its delivery. This information is transmitted only to the third parties necessary for the smooth running of the order, and in particular for its delivery, but in no case for advertising purposes.

At any time, a user who has created an account can consult and modify his personal data from his customer account. He can also ask 3 little nodes to access the personal data processed and request its modification or deletion. If the customer is subscribed to the newsletter, he can unsubscribe at any time, easily and free of charge, by following the instructions in the appropriate message. This data will only be used to send information by email on new products, special offers and news related to the online store www.3-ptits-noeuds.com. All personal customer data is treated with the utmost confidentiality. In particular, any total or partial reproduction of the site www.3-ptits-noeuds.com is strictly prohibited, except with prior agreement. 3 little knots reserves the right to take legal action against offenders.

11. LIMIT OF LIABILITY

3 little knots cannot be held liable for damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website. This includes damage caused by malicious software installed on our web pages, such as viruses, worms and Trojan horses, which were not knowingly installed by us.

12. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These general conditions of sale, as well as the contracts concluded in application of the latter, are governed by Swiss law.
